Poor quality on design. To many touch points around the outer shell once folded. Wont allow for good retention. Wish there was an option for holster builder molds like previously.

The option you selected—“Trim Only”—is our most basic builder-level configuration. At this stage, the shell is fully trimmed to final dimensions, but still requires standard finishing such as light edge buffing to soften the perimeter. What you’re referring to as “touch points” are most likely unbuffed edges, not a defect in design.
Additionally, as outlined in the product description, this system does not rely on compression retention like traditional mag carriers. Retention is achieved through the MRD (Mag Retention Device), which is only included in the Full Assembly option.

No drilling

You received exactly what was described—a builder-ready shell, not a completed mag carrier with retention.
We also checked internally and confirmed that our operations manager personally fulfilled your order and included his business card specifically to open a line of communication. We did not receive any follow-up or request for assistance after delivery.
