At Holster Builder, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item and we would love to help you with that process. Whether you purchased the wrong item, need to do an exchange, or return items, our team would be happy to assist!

Original Shipping and Handling

Please note that unfortunately, we do not refund the original shipping and handling charges that you paid when placing the order. The original shipping and handling costs are incurred to cover the expenses associated with packaging, transportation, and delivery of the product(s) to your specified location. In regards to shipping and handling returns expense, we would be happy to handle the shipping cost if we have personally made a mistake on your order (for example: HB fills an order incorrectly or the customer received an extra clip). All other shipping and handling expenses must be purchased by the customer.

Exchange Policy

At Holster Builder, we want to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchase! We understand that customers may purchase the wrong materials, so we want to offer the ability to complete this process easily. If you are wanting to return or exchange items, please review our policy process down below. Email our team if you have any questions! We have a team of customer service agents ready to reply to you within business hours. 

Exchange Process:  

1. Please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. They will provide you with a packing slip to include with your package. You can reach us through to receive the packing slip. You may also reach out to us via phone 757-206-1495 or Live Chat. Our team would love to help! 

2. The item(s) you wish to exchange must be unused, in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item(s) do not meet these requirements. Anything (in good condition) can be exchanged or returned for a refund. You may send photos for verification. 

3. Browse our website and select the new product(s) you wish to receive in exchange. Please note that the new product(s) must be of equal or greater value than the original item(s) you are returning. If there are prices differences, we can refund or invoice you accordingly.

4. As part of the exchange process, you will be responsible for paying the cost of the duplicated parcel. This flat-rate fee of $12.95 covers the packaging, shipping, and handling expenses associated with sending the new product(s) to you!

Restocking Fee

All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the product is returned after 30 days. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We appreciate your understanding that this fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned items.
