R2S – Locking Base
The R2S (Rapid Retention System) from MatchPoint USA is a fully integrated retention system that allows for unmatched speed when accessing your equipment, and adds level-2 retention to whatever items are attached to the corresponding R2S Cleat (sold separately.)

- Multiple #8-32 mounting holes – Compatible with all MatchPoint USA attachments.
- 6 through holes for surface mounting.
- CNC-Machined from Aluminum Billet; treated with a Black Type III Hard-Coat Anodized finish.
- 3 spring strengths – Choose your desired release retention.
How it Works:
When you press down on the R2S Release, it retracts the R2S Latch against your desired tension spring, unlocking the R2S Cleat, which is attached to whatever item(s) you’re choosing. With endless possibilities of what those items are, from weapons to tools, know they can be held securely and access quickly with the R2S Locking Base.
