The abrasive cloth mixed insert wheel. Same material just with the added rigidity, as well as longevity keeping the wheel edges, square longer.

Sized 6 x .75 x .5 used on a standard 6" buffer from Harbor Freight. They can be squared up every 40-60 holsters or so by using a standard belt sander to flatten the wheel evenly. Material is best described in texture to that of a green brillo pad you would normally use for dishes.

Approximately 250 holsters per wheel as tested dependent upon technique.
