Turnaround Time

All orders ship within 1-3 business days! We are one of very few holster companies that ships in that time window!

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, Fedex, UPS

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will get an email confirmation with the tracking number attached. If you are having difficulty locating the tracking number, you may email our team and they can provide the tracking information for you! 

What are your Shipping Rates and Methods? 

The shipping rates vary depending on what items you have in your cart. If you only have Holster Builder sold items in the cart, you will qualify for free shipping if your order is over $99. If the order is under $99, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95. If there are items sold by another vendor as well as Holster Builder items in your cart, you must pay for the vendor's shipping fee. If you have over $99 worth of HB products and other vendor items, you may qualify for free shipping from HB!

Please note: You may select the Flat Rate Shipping or the Express Shipping option. Express Shipping option does not mean your order will be expedited. It means the order will be completed within our 3 business day turnaround time and our team will email you with overnight/next day air shipping quotes to choose from if you needed a package delivered faster!
