Complete OWB Shell Service is just another completed step in the process to help aid the holster maker in the speed of manufacturing holsters. This service does not substitute quality control to your standards nor final retention test of your liking. The softening / buffing of edges is to our standards not to what could be yours. Depending on the color of the eyelet chosen the backside of the eyelet / holster might have flaking or scratch marks common with pressing eyelets. The customer understands that these blemishes are an industry norm and are on the backside of the holster usually covered by belt attachments and the user’s clothing.
