COMPLETE ASSEMBLY SERVICE: includes shell bend, buffing and hardware assembly. Service completes assembly minus belt attachment so that you can still sell the product as the manufacturer.
SHELL BEND PREPARATION: The shell is heated and bent in preparation for the final assembly process. *** The final steps of the shell are still the responsibility of the holster maker. Buffing edges and hardware are not included in the shell price.
Shell Bend Preparation (+$ 3.00)
Complete IWB Assembly Service (includes Shell Bend Preparation) (+$ 10.00)
These shells are not completed holsters, they are only completed steps in a process that a holster manufacturer would use to speed up his/her process. The shells assist the holster maker in time but are not a substitute for quality control or assembly to your company’s requirements.

320 shells – be careful doing edge finishing, the optics cut is really close to the belt clip blocking and it’s easy to make this ugly if you’re not careful when you do your edge work.
365 shells – spot on. Anxiously waiting for the XL’s to come back into stock!
226 shells – These are tricky, Sig is notorious for making tiny incremental changes to the 22x series pistols, particularly on frames stamped made in Germany, which on some models were used in US production as recently as 2010-ish. If your customer has an all US-made Sig, this mold should work great. I even had success using a 226 shell to make a holster for a P220 compact. YMMV.
