so i put these on a flashlight holster that has very little retention, and every time id unholster it, the whole holster would come off my belt. so i took the clips and put them in a vise and bent the part that hooks under the belt in, and now it works pretty well. but that was a lot of work. if i didnt have to bend them to get them to work id have given them 5 stars. i have no idea how these would ever work on a holster with heavy retention.
